Dear Cindy,
Sometimes we meet someone and we are never quite the same again. Although you and I haven't met, and our relationship is by phone, you changed my life.
I was in quite a nervous state for our first conversations. My mother had fallen and I knew I could not leave her alone. Your demeanor and calming manner settled me down and I knew immediately I was in very good hands.
I live out of state, and my mother is in Pennsylvania and trying to get her the appropriate home care has been a Herculean task, but because of your never-ending help and commitment to getting her the best care possible, we have come up with a great team. Your diligence in getting the right fit for my Mother resulted in a group of women who are positive, responsible, trustworthy and work so well with her. I can't be there all the time, but Special Care has given me peace of mind- what more can one ask for in these difficult situations.
Thank you Cindy and Special Care for being there for me, I know whatever challenges lie ahead for my Mother, I can count on you and the Special Care Team.

Hi Patty, I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how happy I am with the caregivers you have sent to my mother. Penny is a delight and my mother looks forward to seeing her every day that she comes. My mother couldn’t be happier with the gentle care she receives from Penny. It is so comforting for me to know what capable and caring hands my mother is in when my brothers and I can’t be there to help her ourselves. Please pass along to Penny my gratitude for all she does. “She makes great eggs! “ That is what my mother reports to me anyway and that is very important to her. It’s one of the many important little things that she does to make sure my mom is comfortable and happy every minute she is there. My mother told me that it was really hard to have someone help her to shower but she feels so comfortable with Penny that she doesn't mind and it makes her feels so refreshed and recharged to have a shower. Before Penny, my mother would become very short of breath with the most minimal task. Now she has an improved quality of life and looks forward to seeing Penny come through that door because she knows how well she will be cared for. Thanks again to you for the excellent care you provide and for the quality caregivers you send to care for my mother.
